A brilliant result: John and Zoe Kane both won silver at the British Special Needs Open Championships. Well done!
Sunday the 7th of June, three seniors training in the Aberdeen area entered the BUPA Charity Open.

Abigael McBeath won gold, Nathan Staudt won silver and Nicola Cairnross won bronze in the individual competition and gold in the team event.

All three players fought hard and have all recently finished collecting points for their 1st Dan grade.

May 27th, 2015 saw a visit from Tsutomo Kubota, a Japanese 5th Dan who has coached at judo clubs in Isesaki and Tokyo.

He gave some excellent demonstrations including some kata, it was a great experience for all involved.

Well done to head coach Jason Moore who this weekend earned the final points required for his 5th Dan.
